Drive Southwest Sponsors Castle Combe Formula Ford Series 2014
Easter Monday 2014 saw the start of the racing season at Castle Combe, and also kicked off our new sponsorship deal with the Formula Ford racing series!

For millions of us who settle down on a Sunday evening to watch Top Gear, the idea of driving the Supercars on the screen will never be anything more than a pipe dream. One of us wasn’t happy with the pipe dream however, so decided to do something about it. Mark Hanner from Trowbridge started Drive South West in 2011 to give ordinary people the chance to drive some extra ordinary cars. Starting with just one Porsche, the business has gone from strength to strength and now boasts a fleet of over a dozen dream cars from such legendary manufacturers as Aston Martin, Bentley, Corvette, Mercedes, Porsche, Maserati, Ferrari and Mustang. For 2014, drive SouthWest have sponsored the Castle Combe Formula Ford Championship. The long running series is an absolute crowd favourite with the single seater machines displaying some of the closest wheel to wheel racing in UK motorsport.
