Should you have an accident resulting in an insurance claim you will be liable to pay the excess, which will be £250 . Any damage to the car will be charged to the amount it costs to repair/fix and the full excess only becomes payable if a full insurance claim is required. We will take a pre-authorised transaction for £250 before hire. This will not be taken from your card unless there is the need for an insurance claim, in which case this will cover the excess.
