We are located conveniently just off the A36 in Frome, Somerset.The nearest train stations to us are Frome (4 miles), Trowbridge (6 miles), Warminster (7 miles) and Bath Spa (10 miles), all of which have connections to London stations and the Southwest. We can arrange a station pickup for you.

Best of all, we’re surrounded by some of the best driving roads in the Southwest!

Basic Terms & Conditions of Hire

  • The minimum age for booking is 25/28/30 (depending on car) with the maximum age being 75.
  • No more than 6 points on your licence.
  • You must have held a UK licence for AT LEAST 3 years to be covered on our insurance.
  • You must produce your card driving licence, passport, and 2 forms of address ID (i.e. utility bill)
  • You will be required to provide an online check code for your licence (replaces paper licence)
  • Prices include comprehensive insurance for the duration of the hire, subject to the security deposit as mentioned for each car (£1500-£6000). Additional drivers can be added at a cost.
  • To secure a date, 50% of the total is due on booking with the balance payable 3 weeks prior to the hire date.
  • You are welcome to leave your car at our premises for the duration of your hire.
  • The cars are covered when it comes to breakdown, so in the unlikely event of this happening, you’re safe! If the worst should happen, we’ll arrange for you to have the car again on another date at no extra cost to you.

Cancellations:

We will always do our best to work with you in re-organising a hire you have to postpone or cancel, however our standard cancellation terms and charges are:

Cancellation 14 days or more before the start of the hire: 25% of hire charge as cancellation fee

Cancellation 7-14 days before the start of the hire: 50% of hire charge as cancellation fee

Cancellation 7 days or less before the start of the hire: 75% of hire charge as cancellation fee
